This year our Ladies Triam got off to a very warm & sunny start. I hope the rain in the afternoon did not catch out too many players. There was a great attendance from a variety of different clubs.
A big thank you to Marion Munro for organising the event and putting together her team of starters, check-in girls and results checkers. The event would not be a success without all your help.
Many thanks to all our spot prize sponsors and to everyone who generously donated items for the raffle prizes. The raffle raised a fantastic sum of £366, which will be added to the toilet fund.
On the day we received numerous compliments about the course conditions, the clubhouse and the lunch menu. Thank you to Craig & all the greens staff for getting the course looking so good. A final thank you to Leanna and the catering team for an excellent menu offering.
All results with be posted in due course.

All to play for in the last two matches of the season in August (one at home and one away)
Good afternoon ladies. We are looking to run a raffle for the ladies triam being held on 17/07/2025.
We would welcome donations of bottles, plants or chocolates only. A plastic container will be left in the ladies locker room from today. Thank you in advance for any donations.
We were again lucky with a lovely day for our fun Australian Scramble. A big thank you to Lilias and Pamela for organising this event which is always great fun, without pressure. Results were all very close and within 10 shots.

The Greenlees team has had 2 away matches in the last 7 days.
Firstly a 5-4 loss away at Williamwood on Tuesday 17th June, which we didn't think was too bad considering the tricky away course.
And then, today, a miracle 6-3 WIN away at Troon Portland, in a howling gale! Well played everyone, fantastic result.
On Friday 20th June, 20 past captains took part in either golf or attended the lunch afterwards. It was a beautiful day. Thank you to all who attended and to the ladies who palyed in the 12 hole competition.
The winning team this year was Jan, Pamela & Vivienne. The runners up were Marion, Mary Hardie, Agnes & Evy. The 12 hole format was most welcome in the heat of the day.
On thursday night The West Renfrewshire team travelled to play at Ralston in Paisley.
It was a beautiful night........apart from the result. We lost our final match 5-1. However, our new member to the team, Anne Gordon, was our sole winner. Well done Anne and thank you for joining the team.
