15 Past Captains played today and were joined by ten others for lunch.  The weather was kind in comparison to what we have had this week.

GREENLEES MATCH V KILMARNOCK BARASSIE

Today we played Kilmarnock Barassie away in very pleasant calm conditions and I am pleased to report that we won 5 1/2 - 3 1/2.  A very good result.

CHARITY TRI-AM STABLEFORD 23rd JUNE

Today we had 7 teams out in our Charity Tri-am, played in very blustery conditions.
The winning team with 54 points was Pamela MacKenzie, Gillian Donaghy, and Morag Cunningham.
The runners up with 52 points were Sheila Biggart, Mary Hardie and June Giles.
A big thank you to all that played with the proceeds going to Altziemers Scotland.

The weather turned dull and wet today with some heavy showers.
No lady chose to play today.
Vets Trophy is re-scheduled to Stableford on Wednesday 19th July.

GREENLEES MATCH V OLD COURSE RANFURLY

Today we played against Old Course Ranfurly away.  The match was played in very, very wet, technically unplayable conditions with water up to the top of a lot of holes and finding relief on greens and fairways was almost impossible.  Quite a number of games went to the 18th or fairly near.  Unfortunately the final result was 51/2 - 31/2 for Old Ranfurly.  We were all so glad to get in and change into dry clothing.
