Back to Basics

Feel you need a pre-season checkup?  Then this blog is for you!  Tom has agreed to hold a 'Back to Basics' group lesson on Tuesday 23rd April, from 10.30am - 12pm at the practise ground.  If interested please add your name to the list in the locker room.  (The cost is £30 divided by the number of participants.)
