Congratulations to the West Renfrewshire League team of Jan, Mary C, Maureen, Nancy, Vivien (birthday girl) and Morag, who won at home tonight against Renfrew. It was an absolutely BOILING evening (30+ degrees), with the need for many bottles of water on the way round, and the team did brilliantly coming in with the best Renfrew result for years- a 5.5 to 0.5 win. The matches were all played in good spirits and the evening was rounded off with birthday cake and singing (sorry Vivien)!

Our final league position will not be known until Ralston play at Renfrew next month, but no matter what happens in that game, we won't be relegated and are likely to have Renfrew at home again next year (phew!)
