Thursday 19th July saw
75 ladies play in 25 teams of 3 for the Tri-am format of the
Open day. Conditions were perfect for good scoring which resulted in the winning team returning with 90 stabelford points - 2 scores at each hole and 3 at the last. The team consisted of Eda Davey, Joan Walker and Linda Morgan from Balfron GC. In second place with 86 points were Adrienne MacLagan, Mandy Allan and Christine Houston from Milngavie GC., while in third place were Isobel Rhind and Anne Sharp from Bothwell Castle and our own Chris Minto with 85 points.

Various other prizes were awarded but as the recipients were not present there are no photos!
