Warm congratulations to Allison Murray on becoming the Ranfurly Castle Ladies Champion 2026! Our appreciation to both Allison and Roisin for an enthralling match right up to the 17th green. It was wonderful to see over 20 lady members, family and friends follow the match from the first tee and also for a full clubhouse to be there for the presentation ceremony. Allison and Roisin very much appreciated your support. Well done to the two caddies, Lesley and Ronnie for guiding our finalists, and also a shout out Craig and his team for the exceptional presentation of the course.
Congratulations also go to Elaine and Bobby Campbell for their victory in The Warplesdon against Marion and Stuart Munro.
I can also confirm the winners of the Texas Scramble Ladies and Mixed Teams:
Ladies: Marion Munro, Mary Craig, Jean Irvine and Eleanor Stewart with a score of 68.5.
Mixed: Pauline MacEwen, Kate Scott, Iain McKendrick and Douglas Martin with a score of 59.3.
The draw for the Pooh Putter on Wednesday will be published later on today.
Aye,
Eleanor
